Hello, I have an old 2003 Honda ruckus and today it decided to die and won’t start. No electric, no fuel pump sound like its dead dead. I tried charging the battery and changing all relays and fuses but still no luck. So my last guess is the ECU which Honda stops manufacturing the GEZ-670.

Sounds like you are trying height things. If it is an ecu that you need, then it’s the second hand market you need to look through. All the people who have swapped to GY6 - should have looms and ecu spare.
Does it kick start?
Try a new battery, not just charging it. Could be done for.
